If you choose to share information with an employer or agency through CareRecon, we will tell you who will receive it, what will be shared, and why—before you authorize that specific action.
Your permission to pursue one opportunity will never be treated as permission to distribute your details to a network of recruiters.
Your preferences deserve respect.
We will not enroll you in unsolicited recruiter campaigns or use your searches to generate unrelated promotional outreach. Optional notifications must follow your chosen interests, frequency, and contact preferences, with straightforward ways to stop them.
You deserve transparency about opportunities.
When advertised job information differs from a proposed offer, our goal is to help you identify those differences—not obscure them. Where information cannot be independently established, we will say so.
We protect what you entrust to us.
We will minimize personal information collection, restrict how service providers may use it, safeguard retained data, and provide meaningful privacy controls. We will explain the limits of those controls, including when information is provided directly to external employers or agencies.
